Michelle Zhang is passionate about both music and children. She attained her B.A. in English Teaching, which served her well as an Exchange Visitor for Early Childhood Education in Chicago. This is where she began expanding her love of music by earning college credits in Music and learning to play piano. She then became familiar with the Music Together® program which combined her musical and teaching skills with her love for children.
Michelle believes that a lifelong love of music and learning is best achieved by participating in musical activities in the early and crucially important years of childhood development. As the Registered Music Together® teacher, Michelle is thrilled to share the enjoyment of playing music with families in Beijing.
Chloe began playing keyboard at the age of six; she also trained vocally through high school and college while pursuing her B.A.
After graduation, she went to Chicago as an exchange visitor and started her exploration. During the two years, her life was involved with children. And she met Music Together®; she kept attending MT class for almost two years. She always says: One of her favorite places to be in the world is IN a Music Together class! And now she brings this joy back and share with our families in Beijing.
She loves to make silly faces and nothing makes her happier than making kids laugh and have fun while learning. She loves the kids, the music, the dancing, the laughter, the community... EVERYTHING! She knows when you attend a Music Together class, you will feel the same. It's a magical program. She is happy teaching where children can be themselves and enjoys the support of a positive community.
Chloe plays guitar in class, also plays djembe and ukulele.
